The West Virginia Court Elections website is a joint project of West Virginia Citizens for Clean Elections and the West Virginia Consumer Protection Alliance.  The purpose of the website is to help educate West Virginia voters about judicial elections and provide them with information about the candidates so that voters can make informed decisions at the ballot box.

West Virginia Court Elections does not expressly advocate for the election or defeat of any candidate.  All 2020 West Virginia Supreme Court candidates were given equal opportunity to complete the candidate questionnaire.  Their answers to the questionnaire are unedited.
